My Journey Through Healing
At 15 I was developing back pain. I decided to try Yoga and it changed my life. It took away the pain in my back that was coming from a minor development of Scoliosis. After years of a physical focused practice, yoga naturally led me to a deeper awareness of self, inevitably leading me into deeper esoteric practices.
Back in 2016, while practicing aerial silks, I fell from 16’-18’ feet in the air straight onto my lower back and hips while in a straddle position. I fell so hard that I anteriorly rotated my right hip and cause internal bleeding. My low back felt so weak and non functioning. This really tested my self motivation and skills learned over the years.
Before the fall I could do a backbend and grab my ankles, after I could hardly move and stayed in bed for weeks. I couldn’t work, I couldn’t do anything but pray that the pain would go away so that I could move freely again. Once the acute pain had subsided, I decided to start working with myself using yoga and deep trauma release techniques I knew would assist my body in my own unique healing process. Using many modalities I built back strength and healed deeply from the mental and emotional turbulence I felt inside.
During the experience of the fall everything had started to come to light in a new way. I had been abandoned, abused and not seen as a child, which was very traumatizing, and found myself living in a similar type of abusive relationship. I started to sort through what my life was at that moment. I was a shell of the person I had desired to be. I had been allowing myself to be treated in a way I had always said I would never tolerate. This was a time of great change.
Through healing my physical body, after the fall, I began to dive deep into my mental, emotional, and spiritual realities as well. I started to gain insight on the places and situations in my life where I was not setting clear boundaries, was not carrying out the consequences to those boundaries, and was lacking self-worth, self-love, and self-compassion. I started to realize all of the healing that I needed to do for myself, and began to move forward with a new perspective and intention to heal all aspects of my life.
I completely shifted and transformed my entire life and self image.
Through healing my own injury and coming through a transformative experience, I created what I now coach others through in my various offerings.
Our body’s consciousness and intelligence to heal itself is incredible. With the tools and wisdom to work with the mind, body, and soul, I can assist you in your healing process and help you gain the awareness required to heal on a deeper level then imaginable!

“To heal is to touch with love that which was previously touched by fear.”
“When we recognize that, just like the glass, our body is already broken, that indeed we are already dead, then life becomes precious, and we open to it just as it is, in the moment it is occurring."
